I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Luang Prabang. The ambiance was very serene, especially with the beautiful lily pond view while having breakfast. Although the staff was incredibly attentive and made sure I felt welcomed, my experience started off a bit rocky with a malfunctioning air conditioner in my first room. However, they promptly upgraded me, which significantly enhanced my stay. Overall, it's a nice place, but there are some areas that could use improvement.
